Alex is a graduate of Vicars School of massage. She is passionate about all things massage, whether that is helping in pain management or some good old relaxation. Alex is trained in Swedish massage techniques, relaxation techniques, myofascial decompression, cupping, and compression band therapy just to name a few.

When Alex isn’t at the table, she can probably be found outside (usually on a mountain somewhere). Alex loves hiking, rock climbing, watersports, and outdoor winter sports like snowboarding. Most of all, she loves sharing all of these things with her Husband Bradley, and son Elliott.
